Van Rudolph Almonte SAT Coaching

Van Rudolph Almonte is a certified secondary Mathematics educator with over 13 years of international teaching experience in the United States and the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, and has undertaken postgraduate studies in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.

He holds professional secondary Mathematics teaching certifications from Texas, New Mexico, and the Philippines. His areas of expertise include Algebra, Pre-Calculus, College Preparatory Mathematics, Advanced Quantitative Reasoning, Trigonometry, and General Mathematics.

During his teaching career in the United States, Mr. Almonte taught advanced high-school Mathematics and provided academic guidance to students preparing for higher education. He has also developed enrichment and remedial programmes, coached students for Mathematics competitions, and used assessment data to address individual learning needs.

As Programme Lead for SAT Coaching at Geopo Edu, he applies his American curriculum experience and college-preparatory Mathematics expertise to SAT preparation. His approach emphasises conceptual understanding, analytical reasoning, accuracy, efficient problem-solving, and student confidence. His international experience and professional qualifications make him well suited to provide academic direction for the SAT Coaching programme.
